1.How long does the repair take?

We aim to have your iPhone repairs on the spot, by keeping all of the parts in stock we are able to offer a repair service without the requirement for any advanced notice or booking.We pride ourselves on an express repair service. Common devices can be repaired in-store within 30 minutes, whilst postal repairs are between 1 – 3 days

2.Do you charge a fee if you can’t fix my device

We do not charge a check and test fee on any repairs except with water damaged phones, this is to cover the not inconsiderable time required to check and clean the device. our check and test charge on none-fixable water damaged phones is from Rm80

3.How do I get my iPhone to you?

5.Does my phone come with warranty?

There is a warranty on most device repairs. Please check our terms and conditions for more details.

6.Are your parts Original Apple or OEM?

We use the highest quality parts available to us, No third-party repair company are able to source original OEM parts directly from Apple Inc. Many of the parts we source, we are told by our suppliers, come from similar suppliers/manufacturers in China. No one, including us, can claim that the parts are “from Apple”.If any third party unauthorised repair company claims they use original Apple parts, this is untrue. Unless the parts are taken from an original iPhone donor.

7.Do you only repair Apple devices?

We focus on Apple product, our technicians are fully capable of repairing all other Android device

8.Why other place a cheaper price but prefer your site. Will you match their price?

Indeed there were many customers reflected so saying our price was high. However after comparison they still chose us. It won’t stand if we say our products are good, it has to be your own experience to justify it as a customer

9.Will I lose the data including telephone numbers, photos , songs and videos on my phone when you repair it?

We recommend that you backup all your device’s data before sending it to us. We cannot guarantee that your phone data will remain intact.
